This Privacy Policy, provided by SKILLBRIDGE APP INC, headquartered in the State of Florida, USA (“Platform”, “we”, “our”), explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect the personal data of users residing in Florida, United States, in compliance with the Florida Digital Bill of Rights (FDBR), effective as of July 1, 2024.

1. USER RIGHTS

In compliance with the FDBR, you have the following rights, which you may exercise upon request:

  • Correct inaccuracies in your personal data;
  • Delete personal data provided by or obtained about you;
  • Obtain a copy of your data in a portable, digitally usable format;
  • Request the opt-out of your data being used for:

2. COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA

2.1 Data Collected

  • Data provided directly by the user: name, date of birth, gender, email, address, phone number, and payment details (credit card and bank account);
  • Sensitive data: biometrics, precise location, facial biometrics.

  • Account registration and management;
  • Service intermediation;
  • Payments and transfers;
  • Communication between client and service provider;
  • Fraud prevention and compliance with legal obligations.

3. DATA SHARING

We may share information:

  • With third parties essential to service provision (payment, hosting, support), under contracts with confidentiality and security clauses;
  • In case of merger, acquisition, or legal requirement;
  • We never sell personal data; and, if we were to sell it, an explicit notice must be provided, such as:

6. RESPONSES TO USER REQUESTS

  • Requests are handled within 45 days, which may be extended by another 15 days with notice to the user.
  • If your request is denied, you will have the right to appeal within a reasonable period, with a response within 60 days.
  • We provide accessible and secure mechanisms for submitting these requests (via email, app interface, or website), without requiring the creation of a new account.

7. DATA RETENTION

We retain your data for as long as necessary for services, legal obligations, or until your deletion request, unless otherwise required by law.

8. MINORS UNDER 18

The Platform does not collect data from individuals under 18 years of age.

9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

This Policy may be updated at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform. Continued use after updates implies your acceptance.
